Our prices include design creation and revisions, numb cream, equipment fees, aftercare guidance, and the procedure itself. Aftercare supplies (ointments, protective film, moisturizer) are not included and are available at our partner clinic inklinic (1F, same building), carrying a separate fee from visits on 1 September 2026 (no additional charge for visits up to 31 August 2026). Ephemeral ink (+¥6,000/unit) is also charged separately.

Color itself doesn't increase the price, but color designs tend to be more complex, which can result in a higher price. Feel free to ask us about color options.

We accept cash, credit cards, electronic money (Suica, iD, QUICPay), and QR payments (PayPay, etc.).

For medium size and above, or when using the advance design confirmation option (review your design between 3 days and 1 day before your appointment), we require a ¥10,000 deposit to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made via PayPay, bank transfer, or credit card (Square payment link). The deposit is deducted from your final bill. Payment is due within 48 hours of our request in principle — if that's difficult, please let us know via LINE (without contact, your reservation may be cancelled).

Pieces the size of a full arm, full leg, full back, or full chest/abdomen and larger are charged hourly. A flat base fee of ¥30,000 applies for all hourly work, plus a flat hourly rate of ¥12,000/hour. Time includes numb cream wait, freehand drawing, and design placement.

Since February 2026, we've introduced a membership rank system. You earn 1 point per ¥10,000 spent, with ranks offering 5%-20% discounts and various benefits.

For returning customers, we'll assign a rank based on your visit history to date at your next visit. Your previous spending won't go to waste.

Yes, when you refer a friend or family member, the referred person receives 5% off their bill.

If we have no contact from you on LINE for more than 48 hours after booking, your reservation may be cancelled. If unsure about size, book a larger size.

Yes, you can ask. Let us know on LINE if there's a specific artist you'd like or if you'd prefer a female artist. Our Artists page shows each artist's work and background, so tell us who caught your eye. We can't guarantee every request, but we'll do our best to accommodate.

It varies by design size and numb cream use. Approximately 1 hour for micro size, about 4 hours for large. If using numb cream, add about 50-70 minutes for absorption depending on the area. Please allow extra time on the day.

Cancellation is possible, but fees may apply. There is no fee for changes or cancellations until 3 PM the day before (if you reschedule, any paid deposit carries over to your new booking). After 3 PM the day before and on the day itself, a ¥10,000 fee applies regardless of reason. Paid deposits are non-refundable in principle, but unavoidable circumstances are handled individually — please contact us via LINE.

Yes! You can book a free consultation (about 30 minutes) via our reservation site. Choose between an in-person visit or an online video consultation.

No worries. The booked size is just a time estimate. If the final design differs in size, we'll adjust the price accordingly. When in doubt, book a larger size.

Wear clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area. We also have paper shorts available if needed. We recommend clothes you don't mind getting ink on.

If the area has a lot of hair, please shave it yourself by the day before whenever possible — it makes the procedure smoother. Same-day is fine too, but the day before is recommended.

Please avoid alcohol before the procedure, as it can increase bleeding and affect precision. We recommend abstaining from the night before.

Ephemeral tattoos use special ink that breaks down in the body over time, so they gradually fade. The ink is designed to fade gradually over six months to two years (when and how much it fades varies by individual). The procedure is the same as regular tattoos, which makes it a good fit for those who want to try one first.

In addition to the regular tattoo price, ephemeral ink costs ¥6,000 per unit. One unit covers approximately a palm-sized simple line design. Units needed vary by size and complexity.

Currently available in black, red, and blue. Note that red ink is still experimental and may fade faster than black or blue.

Post-procedure care: ① Keep the film on while showering on the day. ② The next day and the day after (Days 2-3): Remove film in the shower, gently wash with body soap (this is mandatory), pat dry with paper towels, apply ointment, and cover with new film. ③ Continue applying ointment after showering for about a week. ④ Focus on moisturizing for about a month. Don't scratch even if itchy. *Aftercare supplies (antibacterial ointment, topical steroid, protective film) are provided at our partner clinic inklinic following a physician consultation, carrying a separate fee from visits on 1 September 2026.

To ensure proper healing: avoid soaking in the bath for at least 1 week (ideally 2 weeks). Avoid the sea, pools, saunas, and hot springs for at least 2 weeks. No alcohol on the day of procedure. Avoid sun exposure as long as possible. Wait at least 1 week (ideally 2) before hair coloring.

The first retouch for tattoos done at our studio is free; subsequent retouches are paid. Hands and feet areas are paid from the first retouch due to lower ink retention. There is no time limit on using your free retouch (we arrange it once the skin has settled).

If you keep the area clean, over-the-counter petroleum jelly works fine. If you would like something with stronger moisturizing action, a heparinoid moisturizer is available at our partner clinic inklinic (a physician consultation is required), carrying a separate fee from visits on 1 September 2026. Moisturizing matters especially in winter.

Yes, depending on the design and size, two locations in one day is possible. Share your desired designs and locations in advance and we'll confirm feasibility.

Generally, we work on two people alternately, but you can book consecutive time slots in the same room. When available, simultaneous sessions may be possible — feel free to ask.

The representative should book one time slot covering both sessions. For example, if both want one-point size, book the combined procedure time. After booking, let us know via LINE that it's for 2 people.

Please inform us of any allergies via LINE beforehand. Those with medication allergies or history of anaphylactic shock must notify us in advance. Your safety is our top priority.

Yes, on request. Since 2022 the EU has restricted tattoo inks under the REACH regulation, setting concentration limits on substances of concern such as carcinogens and skin sensitisers. Japan has no law defining tattoo ink ingredients, so INKLY stocks inks whose manufacturers declare compliance with this EU standard and publish safety data sheets (SDS). For black we carry Dynamic Union Black, and for colour the Intenze GEN-Z series (not every colour, but most). If you would like your tattoo done with REACH-compliant ink, let us know via LINE or at your consultation. Note that REACH compliance is a manufacturer declaration rather than an official certification, and it does not eliminate risks such as allergic reactions. Please raise any concerns at your consultation.

Our needles are stainless steel, so depending on your symptoms we may have to decline the procedure. If you have a metal allergy, please be sure to tell us in advance via LINE what reactions you have had. Black ink is carbon-based and is not intentionally formulated with harmful heavy metals, though trace amounts from the product or batch cannot be ruled out. Depending on the shade, red ink may contain a small amount of iron oxide, and red inks using organic pigments can be more likely to cause allergic reactions.

Permanent makeup is offered as a separate service. Please contact us through the dedicated permanent makeup LINE account. Same-day tattoo and permanent makeup sessions are also possible.

We don't offer tattoo removal, but we can refer you to clinics that perform pico laser removal. Feel free to ask.

You can get a tattoo even if tanned. However, avoid sun exposure after the procedure as UV breaks down the ink.
